We believe in the right of our customers to know which data is collected , for what purpose and also in the right of our customers to control this data and remove it if they so wish. We Value your privacy and will never sell your personal information .This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data, which can identify you. We may update this policy from time to time and shall indicate on the web site when changes have been made.

The information we collect is clearly set out on the web page on which we collect it. In addition, we may collect your IP address and use cookies unless you configure your web browser not to accept them.

Use of this website and the services provided via it (www.kingcateringmarbella.com) are conditional upon you accepting the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, your acceptance of this User Agreement shall be indicated by your use of and/or registration with www.kingcateringmarbella.com .

These terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy, (together the "User Agreement") form our entire agreement with you in respect of non-chargeable use of www.kingcateringmarbella.com  and supersede any prior agreement or arrangement with you in respect of www.kingcateringmarbella.com. You may only make your bookings and requests by telephone, e-mail, through our website www.kingcateringmarbella or in person .

King Catering Marbella will provide the services described on the website www.kingcateringmarbella.com. and concierge services at your request .

King Catering Marbella reserves the right to withdraw from any of the services we provide  and/or to refuse to supply the Services requested.

A contract exists between King Catering Marbella  (“we/our/us”) and you (“the clients”) from the time a Confirmation/Invoice is dispatched, or if Credit Card / Debit facilities are being used, from the time of authorisation via the client giving to King Catering Marbella the card details.

If King Catering Marbella  is unable to deal with any request, it will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable.

Deposit

A 35% deposit is required on written confirmation of an event. The deposit is calculated on the total estimated price of the event, and the deposit must be cleared funds in the Company’s bank before the event.

Invoice

The remaining 65% will be paid on the day of your event(except different agreements made  in writing between King Catering Marbella and the client ). If the payment has not been received by the due date, the King Catering Marbella reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 3% per week over the remaining payment .

All prices quoted are exclusive with  VAT. 

The cancellation charge is 35% (deposit )of the estimated bill.

Allergic Reactions

King Catering Marbella cannot guarantee that any produce on our menu is totally free from nuts, nut derivatives or other ingredients to which guests may have a serious allergic reaction as we cannot operate in a nut free environment. We would therefore advise guests with a severe allergy to nuts or other ingredients to talk to us directly to arrange an alternative to the chosen meal.

 

Claims

A claim that the Services are not in accordance with the Contract will not be accepted by the King Catering Marbella unless written notice is given to King Catering Marbella at info@kingcateringmarbella.com within five days of the provision of the Services, stating the grounds of the claim and enclosing any supporting evidence.
