Yes. For most villa events we can supply the grill setup and service equipment needed for live BBQ catering. We’ll confirm what’s included based on your venue access, guest count, and menu style.

Usually we need a safe outdoor space for grilling, basic access for setup, and a simple service area. If possible, access to the kitchen is very helpful for preparation and plating — but if there isn’t a suitable kitchen, we can set up and operate fully outside and adapt the service flow.

Yes — very popular. Many Marbella villa events start with canapés + welcome drinks, then move into the BBQ. Live paella can also be added as a station or feature moment.

Yes — this is one of our strengths. For smaller groups, we can still arrange the same luxury live-cooking BBQ and buffet setup as for larger events (an additional charge may apply, as noted on our menus). If you prefer something simpler, we can offer a streamlined BBQ setup or recommend delivery catering boxes / platters for premium food with minimal fuss.

Yes. Staffing depends on your event style: we can provide BBQ chefs and service staff for smooth flow, plus bartenders if you add mobile bar service.

Most BBQ events run smoothly with a clear timeline (setup → grilling/service → clear down). Times vary depending on the event, but as a guide we usually need access to the house/villa around 2 hours before service to set up. Canapés typically run 1–2 hours, and the BBQ buffet service is usually around 1 hour 30 minutes. After service, we normally need up to 2 hours for clearing down, cleaning, and collecting everything.

Yes. We provide the buffet tables, serving equipment, setup, and presentation décor needed for the BBQ service. If you also need glasses, bar equipment, or a full drinks setup, we can supply these as a rental option or include them as part of a mobile bar and cocktail package, depending on your event format.

Yes. We can plan vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options, and halal-friendly menus (halal meat on request). The key is to confirm requirements in advance so we plan properly.

We cater BBQ events across Marbella and nearby areas including Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, San Pedro Alcántara, Benahavís, Estepona / New Golden Mile, and Sotogrande (and surrounding villa zones). If your venue is outside these areas, contact us — we can often cover further locations, and an additional travel charge may apply depending on distance and logistics.

For peak dates (summer weekends and weddings), earlier is always better. For smaller villa BBQ events, we’ll confirm availability based on your date, guest count, and location. Because we work with fresh ingredients and plan each event individually (no pre-made stock), we normally require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
